Replacement of Products with Blemish or Defect We sell thousands of products and every once and while we will run across one with a blemish or defect. If you are one of those few that do receive a blemished or defective product never worry, we want to make it right by shipping you a replacement at no charge to you. You have 30 calendar days from date you receive to email an image of the blemish or defect along with proof of purchase, size/color of product and mailing address to info@TheElsonCompany.com. We do reserve the right to request the blemished or defective product be shipped back at our cost. Returns If you are not entirely satisfied, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Single item orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (3-5 business days). Multiple item orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (3-5 business days). We submit website orders twice per week for shipping.
